Old-fashioned Chocolate Soda

2 tbs. chocolate-flavored syrup 3 scoops vanilla ice cream 1 c. sparkling water Place chocolate syrup and one scoop ice cream in tall glass; stir until well blended. Add sparkling water; float remaining ice cream on top. Servings: 1
