Onion Soup


12 onions, sliced thin
14 c. beef bouillon (cubes dissolved)
4 tbs. butter
1 tsp. worcestershire
1/4 tsp. tobasco sauce
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet

Saute onions in butter in large saucepan
for 15 min. until golden brown.
Add bouillon, worcestershire sauce,
tobasco and kitchen bouquet.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat
and simmer 4 hours.
You can add French bread and cheese
if you like.
