Orange Cobbler


2 tbs. sugar
1 tbs. cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tbs. orange juice concentrate
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 tbs. milk
vanilla ice cream

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in water, marmalade and orange juice concentrate.
Cook and stir over medium-low heat until thickened.
Stir in butter or margarine until melted.
Pour into a greased 1 quart baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the Bisquick and nutmeg; stir in milk just until moistened.
Drop by spoonfuls over orange mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Yield: 2 servings
