Orange Vidalia Salad


6 oranges, sliced or chunked
2 med. Vidalia sweet onions, sliced
6 tbs. olive oil
3 tbs. apple cider vinegar
2-3 tbs. honey
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbs. celery seed, chopped basil
1 tsp. oregano

Place oranges and onions in a salad bowl.
Mix oil, cider vinegar, honey, garlic, celery seed, basil and oregano.
Pour over oranges and onions and mix well. Chill.
Serve, if desired, on leaf lettuce.
