Out of This World Salad


1 1/2 pkg. lime jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pecans
1 small carton cottage cheese
10 maraschino cherries
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 small can crushed pineapple

Mix jello and marshmallows in bowl, adding boiling water.
Stir until marshmallows are partly melted; add crushed pineapple.
Mix and put in refrigerator until partly jelled.
Remove and add nuts, cottage cheese and cherries
(cut cherries into small pieces). Stir well, folding in
whipping cream that has been beaten stiff. Chill until firm.
