Parmesan Potatoes

Preheat oven to 450F. Prepare instant mashed potatoes for 4 servings as label directs. Onto greased cookie sheet, spoon mashed potatoes into 4 equal mounds; sprinkle each mound with some cheese from4 tsp. Grated or shredded Parmesan Cheese and top with dab of butter. Bake 10 min. or until light brown. 4 servings.
