Parslied Rice


3 c. water
1 1/2 tbs. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. long-grain rice
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Bring to boil; add rice.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 min.
or until tender. Stir in parsley.
Serves 6.
