2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
5 (13 oz) cans evaporated milk
1 pkg. Hershey's mini chips
1 1/2 tsp. mint extract
green food coloring
Gradually add sugar to eggs, beating until stiff.
Stir in salt, evaporated milk, chocolate, and mint;
add food coloring to desired shade of green.
Pour into freezer can. Freeze.
Let ripen at least 2 hours.
Yield: 1 gallon.
