2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate 1 c. hot water 3 tbs. sugar
dash of salt 3 c. milk
Melt chocolate in water. Add sugar and salt;
cook over direct heat 4 min., stirring constantly.
Place in double boiler; add milk gradually and heat thoroughly.
Beat with rotary beater just before serving.
