Patterson Avenue Shrimp Spread


1 lb. Shrimp
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbs. lemon juice
3 tbs. mayonnaise
4 tbs. tomato sauce
1 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)

Cook shrimp.
Cool and then peel, devein and finely chop; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice,
mayonnaise, tomato sauce, onions, salt and,
if desired, horseradish. Add shrimp. Makes 4 c.
