Peanut Butter Brownies II


3/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/4 cups chunky peanut butter
1 package Yellow cake mix
with pudding included in mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cut peanut butter chips
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
3 eggs (optional if you want to make it cake)

Combine cake mix, brown sugar
and peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
Beat on low until crumbly.
Reserve 1/2 cup mixture and set aside.
To remaining mixture add water and oil,
(3 eggs optional to make cake).
Mix at low spped and high spped
for a full two minutes each.
Fold in 1/4 cup semi sweet choco chips
and 1/4 cup peanut butter chips and
1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
Combine remaining chips and nuts
with reserved peanut butter mixture.
Spread evenly over top of batter.
Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes.
Result is some damn good brownies,
if you use eggs, then a good cake.
