1/2 C. Hungry Jack pancake mix complete
1/2 C. water
1/4 C. peanut butter
1/2 C. grape jelly or other
(heated with 1/4 c. syrup)
Heat griddle to 350F.
Combine all ingredients, except jelly;
beat at medium speed with electric mixer
just until blended.
Heat jelly until smooth and thoroughly heated.
Serve jelly syrup with pancakes.
Makes 6 (4-inch) pancakes.
