PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE


3/4 c. flour
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbs. melted butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 (15-20 oz.) can sliced peaches,
drained, reserve juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbs. reserved peach juice
1 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first seven ingredients and
pour into a greased 8" square Pyrex dish.
Pour drained, sliced peaches over batter.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice
and spoon over peaches and batter.
Mix one tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
and sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
Chill before serving. Do not over bake.
