Peaches 'N' Cream

1 env. plain gelatin
3 tbs. cold water
1/2 c. light cream, scalded
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pureed fresh peaches
2 c. peeled, thinly sliced fresh peaches
Soften plain gelatin in 3 tbs. cold water.
Stir in scalded cream and mix until gelatin is dissolved.
Cream together the softened cream cheese and the whipping cream.
Add the sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add the pureed peaches and mix well.
Combine this mixture with the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
Fold in the sliced peaches.
Spoon into 8 individual serving dishes and chill until firm.
Serves 8.
