Peach Pie


9" pie shell
lg. can sliced peaches, drained
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbs. sugar

Fill shell with sliced peaches.
Blend dry ingredients.
Stir in sour cream
and pour over peaches.
Sprinkle with 2 tbs. sugar and
cinnamon, 350F, 40 min.
