Peach Sour Cream Cake

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. EACH: sugar, butter at room temp.
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
2 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Generously butter a 9" or 10" springform pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter,
baking powder, eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Turn into prepared pan and top evenly with peaches.
Combine sour cream, egg yolks, sugar and
vanilla and blend well. Pour over peaches.
Bake for 1 hour at 350F or until edges
of custard are lightly browned.
