Peanut Blossoms

1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. creamy peanut butter 2 eggs 2 (10 oz) pkg. Hershey's Kisses 1/4 c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt; stir into egg mixture. Shape into balls; roll in additional granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; bake at 375F for 10-12 min. Immediately press a kiss into each. 7 dozen cookies.
