2 cups flour
1 and 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsps. soda (baking)
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tsps. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13" pan.
Combine flour, soda and eggs by hand and
then add remaining ingredients.
Mix well by hand.
Pour into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese,(softened)
1 stick butter, (softened)
1 and 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix all ingredients well and
spread over cooled cake.
