Piquant Dressing


1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. EA: salt, dry mustard,
celery seed, paprika, grated onion
4 tbs. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed

In a small bowl, mix sugar, salt, dry mustard,
celery seed, paprika, grated onion,
vinegar, salad oil and garlic.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Remove garlic clove and refrigerate.
Makes 6 servings.
