Pizza Pleasure Bread--ABM


3/4 c. Water
2 c. Bread Flour
1 tbs. Nonfat Dried Milk
1 tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbs. butter
1/3 c. Chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. Shredded mozzerella
2 tsp. Grated parmesan
1/4 c. Canned drained mushrooms
2 tbs. Onion flakes
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 ts Oregano
1 tsp. fast rise yeast or 2 ts active dry Yeast

Use stick pepperoni and dice into 1/4" chunks.
The loaf appearance will be unusual due to the moisture of the cheese.
Make with regular and rapid bake cycles.
Makes one pound loaf.
