Plum Cobbler

Fruit:
2 lb. ripe plums, washed, quartered Batter:
1 1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
Mix syrup, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon together.
Meanwhile combine all batter ingredients, and beat 20 strokes. Note: This cobbler is very tart, but delicious with ice cream or whipped topping.
