Popcorn Granola Snack

8 c. popped popcorn
1 c. old-fashioned oats
3/4 c. cashews
1/2 c. EACH: shredded coconut, raisins
1/3 c. EACH: sesame seeds, unsalted sunflower seeds
3/4 c. EACH: honey, vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 300F.
In a roasting or jellyroll pan, combine popcorn, oats,
cashews, coconut, raisins, sesame and sunflower seeds.
Heat honey and oil in a small saucepan over
medium heat until honey melts, about 8 min.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to coat.
Stirring every 15 min., bake in preheated oven
until golden brown, 50-60 min.
Cool completely; store in airtight containers.
Makes 32 (1/4 c.) servings.
