Potato Casserole


6 med. potatoes, cooked and grated
6-8 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. commercial sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except butter; spoon into 2-qt. casserole.
Pour butter over top, and bake at 400F, about 25 min.
or until lightly browned on top. 6-8 servings.
