2 c. half and half 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 2 tbs. sugar 3 1/3 c. semisweet chocolate morsels 3 tbs. amaretto or other almond-flavored liqueur 2 tsp. vanilla extract pinch of salt Garnishes: whipped cream, chocolate shavings
