Mary Ann Pugh's Pie Crust


2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. cold milk

Sift flour and salt into bowl.
Pour oil and milk over the top
all at once without mixing.
Stir until blended, and divide into 2 balls.
Roll between two sheets of waxed paper.
Remove top paper.
Invert rolled dough onto pie plate.
Remove remaining paper.
Makes a 9" two-crust pie.
For pre-baked pie shell,
use 1/2 ingredients and
bake at 475F for 10 min.
