1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, grated
1/4 c. milk
4 hamburger buns
Combine meat, seasonings, grated onion and milk thoroughly.
Split buns and spread each half with meat mixture, spreading well over the edge.
Arrange buns on broiler rack and broil about 8 min.
These should be about 4" away from broiler unit.
