Rich Cocoa


1 rounded tbs. Dutch-style cocoa
2 rounded tbs. sugar
3 tbs. whipping cream
3/4 c. whole OR low-fat milk
unsweetened whipped cream

In a mug, mix cocoa and sugar.
Add cream and stir until smooth.
In a small saucepan, heat milk.
When bubbles have formed
around the edges, slowly pour milk
into the mug, stirring constantly
until all ingredients are well blended.
If desired, top with whipped cream.
Serve immediately.
Single serving.
