Ricotta Bread--ABM

l lb. loaf:
1/3 c. milk
1 c. ricotta cheese
2 tbs. margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 1/4 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. Yeast
1 1/2 lb. loaf:
6 tbs. milk
1 1/3 c. ricotta cheese
2 1/2 tbs. margarine
1 whole egg, beaten, plus 2 tbs. beaten egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 tsp. Salt
3 c. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. Yeast
In bread machine, place milk, ricotta cheese,
margarine, egg, sugar, salt, bread flour and yeast
(use separate yeast compartment if your machine has one).
Close lid. Push start button.
After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan,
place on cooling rack and allow to cool 1 hour
before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
