Rum Bread Pudding


2 c. bread cubes
2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbs. rum extract
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Pour into a greased 11 1/4x7 1/2" baking dish.
Place in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
Yield: 6 servings.
