Rum Eggnog


12 oz. Rum
1 qt. dairy egg nog mix
1 c. whipped cream

Recipe No. 1:
Mix rum and mix. Fold in cream and chill. Serves 12.

Recipe No. 2:
Beat 12 egg yolks till light.
Beat in 1/2 lb. sugar till thick.
Stir in quart of milk and fifth of white or gold rum.
Chill 3 hours. Fold in 1 qt. stiffly whipped cream.
Serves 24.
