Sangria


1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
2 jiggers brandy
1/4 c. superfine sugar
1 fifth dry red wine
club soda

Fill 3-qt. pitcher 1/4 full with ice cubes.
Place fruits, brandy and sugar in bowl and stir.
Add wine. Stir and chill 20 min.
Fill with soda just before servings.
Yield: 6 servings.
