Santa's Baked Pineapple


Beat 1 egg; add 2 tbs. flour, 2 c. sugar and
16 oz. crushed pineapple. Bake this in greased,
shallow, 9x13" pyrex dish at 325F for 25 min.
Melt ½ c. butter in oven, 20 min. at 325F.
Then add to pineapple, stir, top with pecans.
Return to oven and cook 45 min at 350F.
