Saucy Fish Fillets


1 (1 lb) frozen flounder or haddock fillets
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
dash paprika

Preheat oven to 350F.
On paper towels, drain and blot well fillets, thawed.
In greased shallow baking dish, arrange fish in
one layer; pour soup, undiluted evenly over fish;,
top with cheese and sprinkle paprika. Bake 15 min. or
until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Serves 4.
