Sauteed Apples


1 c. apple cider
2 tbs. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. margarine (soft tub)
6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced

Mix cider, brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
In nonstick skillet, melt margarine. Add apples and coat.
Add 1/3 c. cider mixture; turn up heat.
Cook, stir, till almost all the liquid is evaporated.
Repeat till apples are tender and glazed.
