Sauteed Mushrooms
My recipe published in Southern Living



1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet.
Add mushrooms;
saute' 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Yield: 4 servings.
