3 med. onions, sliced
2 lb. sauerkraut
4 tbs. butter
1 tsp. dark brown sugar
Separate onions into rings and saute' them in butter until limp.
Drain sauerkraut and add it to onions.
Saute' untill lightly browned.
Sprinkle with sugar, cover, and cook over very low heat for 15-20 min.
Stir and serve.
