Shredded Carrots


2 c. shredded carrots
2 tbs. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

15 min. before: In small saucepan over high heat,
heat 1/4 c. water to boiling. Add all ingredients.
Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 4 min.;
serve hot. Serves 4.
