2 bottles or cans (12 oz ea.) beer or ale
2 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
few springs of parsley
1 tsp. black peppercorns
2 lb. shrimp (in shell)
hot shrimp sauce
Bring beer to boil in deep saucepan with salt,
bay leaves, parsley and peppers. Add shrimps.
Bring to boil again and cook 4 min.
Remove shrimp from liquid and chill.
Serve with shrimp sauce. 8-10 servings.
