Souper Frank Supper


2 slices bacon
1 lb. frankfurters, split lengthwise
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/3 c. water
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice

In skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove; crumble.
Brown frankfurters in drippings.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Add soup, water, vegetables and mustard.
Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
Cover; simmer 10 min. or until
most of liquid is absorbed. Top with bacon.
