2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. commercial sour cream
1 tsp. water or milk
Put flour in large bowl. Add sour cream;
stir to make a soft dough. Add water if necessary.
Turn out on lightly floured surface;
knead about 30 sec.
Roll to 1/2" and cut with floured biscuit cutter.
Bake on ungreased baking sheets at 450° for
10-15 min. or until lightly browned. Serves 12.
