2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 egg 3/4 c. cold water
canned sliced peached, drained 2/3 c. dairy sour cream
maple flavored syrup
Beat mix, egg, water and sour cream with beater until smooth.
Spoon and spread batter onto hot griddle.
(Grease if necessary). Bake until bubbles appear.
Turn and bake other side until golden brown.
Top with peaches and syrup. Makes 18.
