Spaghetti with Herbed Tomatoes and Cheese


1 (8 oz) pkg. spaghetti
2 tbs. olive oil
1 sm. garlic clove, minced
3 med. tomatoes, diced
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz) pkg. shredded
mozarella cheese (1 c.)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

About 30 min. before serving:
In 6 qt. saucepan over medium heat,
in hot olive oil, cook garlic until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, basil and salt;
heat through, stirring occasionally.
Drain spaghetti.
Return spaghetti to saucepot;
toss gently with tomato mixture, mozarella,
and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 main-dish servings.
