Spicy Pecans

1 tbs. vegetable oil
4 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. EACH: garlic powder, salt
1 tsp. EACH: onion powder, chili powder, cayenne powder
4 c. pecans
preheat oven to 300F.
In small bowl, whisk oil, worcestershire sauce
and powders. Place pecans in large bowl,
pour over nuts and toss well to coat.
Spread nuts on foil lined baking sheet and
cook until nuts are deep brown and dry (about 20 min.).
Cook completely and store in airtight container.
