STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAKFAST SHAKE


1/2 c. Strawberries *
1/2 medium Banana, Cut Into Chunks
1/2 c. Orange Juice, Fresh
3 tbs. Low Fat Yogurt
* Strawberries should be frozen and unsweetened.

Place all ingredients in a blender bowl
and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
