Strawberry Marmalade

2 1/2 c. fresh pineapple
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 1/2 c. chopped orange pulp
7 c. sugar
1 1/2 qt. strawberries
Core, pare and finely chop pineapple.
Combine pineapple, orange peel, pulp and sugar.
Bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
Boil for 15 min. Add strawberries and
continue cooking until thick,
about 20-30 min., stirring often.
Pour into clean, hot jars. Adjust lids.
Process 10 min. in boiling water bath.
Yield: 6 half pints.
