Stu's Meatloaf


Combine the following ingredients in a med. mixing bowl:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef; 2 c. soft bread cubes;
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped;
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped;
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped;
1 1/2 tsp. Salt; 1 egg
and 1/2 c. ketchup.
Mix well and pat evenly into a 9x5" glass loaf dish.
Brush meatloaf with a mixture of 1/2 c. ketchup,
1/4 c. chili sauce, 3 tbs. brown sugar,
1 tbs. lemon juice, 1 tsp. dry mustard and
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce.
Microwave for 25-35 min. on med-high or
until well done in center (about 140F).
Pour off liquid and let stand, covered with foil
for about 5 min before serving.
