1 lb. chop meat 1 large onion 3 large cloves garlic 2 large cans tomatoes, chopped, canned 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 c. Burgundy Wine 2 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. tarragon 1 tbs. brown sugar 1 whole bay leaf salt and pepper to taste
