Suzie's Pudding

1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix all together and put in bottom of 9x13" cake pan.
Cover top of batter with 2 cups fresh rhubarb and 1 cup sugar
OR 2 cups fresh raspberries and 1 cup sugar.
Over all ingredients, carefully pour 2 cups boiling water.
Bake in 350° oven for 30-40 minutes.
Cake should be golden in color.
Under cake will be a super good pudding.
Serve with cream, ice cream or all by itself.
