Swiss Chicken Casserole


6 chicken breast, deboned and skined
6 slices Swiss Cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. wine
2 c. stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter, melted

Lightly grease crockpot or spray with cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in pot and season.
Top with cheese.
Combine soup and wine, stirring well.
Spoon over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix.
Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix.
Cook on low 8-10 hours,
or high 4-6 hours.

NOTE: I've made this in the oven, baking it at 350° for about 45 min.
I usually just pour the butter and wine over the dressing, and leave it uncovered.
