Sweet Potato Custard Pie


1 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten slightly
1/2 tsp. EACH: cinnamon, nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tbs. butter, melted
1 8" unbaked pie crust

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, milk, egg,
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and butter.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 400F until custard is set, 40 min.
